How to use this page

  1. Write the month and year at the top. List recurring bills or providers, then add the due day and expected amount. For variable bills, leave the amount blank until the bill arrives.
  2. Mark whether each bill is set to autopay. Check the payment status before marking Paid; an automatic-payment setting is not confirmation that a payment completed.
  3. Use the notes area for changes to review next month. Keep account numbers, login details, and statements in a separate secure location.

A simple example

Fictional example: Internet — due day 15 — amount $60 — autopay Yes — paid left blank until confirmed. In the notes, write “review plan before renewal.” Use your actual statement for dates and amounts.

Is this a budget spreadsheet?

No. This is a printable reminder sheet for handwriting. It does not calculate totals, access accounts, or make payments.
