How to use this page

1. Write one row after a repair or service visit. Record the date, what was done, and the provider or cost if useful. Keep detailed invoices in your normal records rather than crowding the log.
2. Use Next due as a reminder to review the item. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions or your service provider’s advice when choosing maintenance intervals.
3. Add upcoming reminders below the table. Bring the binder out when planning household projects so you can see what has already been handled.

A simple example

Fictional example: Date — April 12; Work — kitchen faucet repaired; Provider / cost — local plumber, $120; Next due — check for leaks next week. This illustrates the fields, not a typical price or maintenance recommendation.

Does the sheet tell me when to service appliances?

No. It is a record and reminder sheet. Service intervals depend on the equipment and conditions; use the instructions that apply to your home.
